Requirements At Home
We offer you correspondence courses, which are accredited by the
Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
These courses are accepted by the Mississippi and
Arkansas Real Estate Commissions for Continuing Education
and Post Licensing Education;
provided you obtained your original license in Tennessee.
On-Line Courses are not available at this time.
1. Classroom attendance is not required.
2. Complete the registration form, include your Real Estate License Number & the fee.
3. Pick up your courses or have them mailed to you.
4. Complete the assignments at home
5. Mail-in or bring in the answers to the quizzes.
6. No Final Exam.
7. We report your credit hours to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
8. We send you a Transcript for your permanent records.
